And yes, this was based off of a very old political cartoon in which the Japanese were shooting through treaties just prior to World War II. I changed the content of it in order to take advantage of the imagery. Yeah, this was a bit rushed on my part, but I had the idea for it and wanted to make this before I forgot. And yes, the papers are supposed to be tinged with a bit of red. You can figure out why.
