I think I seen it on some dbz youtuber's channel but tbh I can't remember wich since I don't follow anything to religiously, I just watch stuff as I go and usually forget about it but I do remember a guy making a android 21 fan art video. Try to search, if you see your art on it congratulations! XD Also I would recommend youtubers like "Geekdom101 "! I for one just watch some fan theories videos of anything, just for fun sometimes.

Thank you for the recommendations! I never seen videos about fan artworks but even then I never looked up anything like that so I'm honestly curious now!
