Almost right, the Gizoid parts are actually from a Phi Unit, Eggman's own knockoff of a Gizoid.

Which ones are he a fusion of?
I see some Emerl (duh), I think some Metal Sonic, and I think maybe some Omega or Gamma or something. As for the rest, I don't know.

Head = Phi (Eggman copy of Emerl)
Arms = E-100 series robot (Not exactly Gamma's but a similar robot)
Legs = Mecha Sonic
Spine Booster = Metal Sonic
Body = Thats his only part thats really his
