Well, don't have a link, but learn about it about people on youtube that are still fan of Bleach and know it not dead.
Also learn we hopefully getting the Zero Squad and SternRitter in Brave Soul too.
I'm taking a guess it a Hogyoku fused Segunda Etapa. I know Kubo doing them. Funny Nelliel getting a new form, but Luppi is completely ignore
So with this characters coming in, new voice actor will be coming it. So crossing your fingers in the for the anime returns.
