Recently, I bought the Metroid Prime Trilogy game for my Wii. As a huge Metroid fan, I had to. After days and days of intensively playing, I finally managed to obtain the famous "Mission Complete" on every three games. The only one I never actually played before was MP2... Still don't konw why.So here it is, I feel like I had to draw something Metroid-related, to show the world how much I love these games... As I couldn't decide between every design of Samus' Power Suit, I decided to draw them all... Here is the order from top to bottom :
Power suit -> Gravity suit -> Dark suit -> Varia suit -> Light suit -> PED suit -> Phazon suit -> Fusion suit -> Zero suit.
As I didn't want to draw the Varia suit three times and just change its colors, I tried to create my own design on the Gravity and Phazon suit. I also made some changes on the Light suit and Zero suit.
Can't wait for Metroid Other M to show up ! Gonna be awesome.
And you ? Which of Samus' suits do you like the most ?

I perfer the Power Suit and Fusion Suit. I'm not a big fan of the bulky shoulders, but I don't hate them.
And of coarse, who doesn't like the Zero Suit? :3

Fantastic! To answer your question, I like your improvements on the gravity suit design best. But I love the way you drew the zero suit. You made it actually look like a protective gear rather than just the spandex leotard Nintendo gave her. Nicely done.

My fave has always been the "Varia" (from Super Metroid) even though I grew up on the original NES Metroid and slogged my way through the GB Metroid. The SNES was the best overall, imho but your drawings are definatly good. Nintendo should consider hiring you on.

Great work! I am particularly fond of some of the suits' cannon design. One thing that disappoints me a bit is that, in the games -more noted in 3Dsodes- even with every new suit, the Arm Cannon always bears the same design and shape. Finally someone has filled this gap!

Both the art and design are amazing. Samus' suits are hard to draw, esp with all that detail, which you've captured here. I love how you've added unique features to the Gravity, Phazon, and Zero Suits.
The developers of Other M said they didn't put the Gravity Suit in because "purple would've looked too silly" but your design here proves that it can be done.

Love what you did with the suit designs -- making ones like the Gravity and Phazon "different" instead of just a palette swap. Not sure I agree with your design on ZSS though -- reminds me too much of Joanna Dark.
