Description
Samus Aran drawn in the style of my Dark Mario Bros.Medium: Sketched with a No.2 pencil, inked with various sized Sharpies (plus a little Photoshop color).

Very cool. I like the dark, "techie" feel of the picture.

it's awsome...
only thing i have to put out on the piece is that the places you have chosen to highlight in green makes her remind me of Necrons from The Warhammer 40.000 universe...
so maybe a different colour would have been even better in my mind atleast though that does not make this one any less wonderfull...

As for the green, I colored it based on the official Nintendo art, which shows certain parts of her armor (at least on the standard Varia Suit) having green lights behind it. A good example of this is also seen in transfuse's Samus art: [link]
I'm sure I could change the color and give it a different feel, but I wanted to stick to the original.
But then again, maybe I could do a similar one with red for the Phazon Suit...
