Description
Luciana is the main character of my story "Chronicles of Castile court'.
She lives in a fictitious world (they call it alternative or parallel), in a country named Castile and partly resembling Spain of 17th century.
She is illegitimate daughter of the king, but since her mother Elena was the king’s most beloved mistress, he adopted Luciana as his daughter and ordered to name her “princess”.
She is quite pretty (it is a family feature though), has goldish chestnut hair and greyish green eyes (another family feature inherited from their father).
Not that it was a real family. She lives in the castle with her father, his wife, their legitimate daughter, and two other stepsisters who are also illegitimate children.
She hates bad fashion taste as long as she has an ideal one. She likes to be original and prefers rich colours and unusual colour combinations.
She is quick minded and witty; she likes talking with her few friends and learning the other’s secrets, especially her stepsister Isabel’s ones, and the latter grouses that she has tendency to nose in the matters which she shouldn’t be interested in.
She says that she doesn’t care about people’ opinion, but she doesn’t want to admit even to herself, that deep in her heart, she dreams about having unequivocal position in the society.
And once she gets a chance to succeed. During his visit to Castile, Luciana makes an acquaintance with prince of Napoli…
