Key frame was about 75% rotoscoped off a couple frames of the show, plus some tracing from a slightly wonky flash asset from Castle Creator. Then mostly hand-animated from there, which is way too much work. Wanted to make more stuff move, but again, too much work. I needa get a copy of Flash or something.

This one was more or less frame by frame. Same body used, with different legs and mane drawn on for each frame, then put together using the GIMP. Flash would be much easier.

Just by drawing parts and assembling them into frames manually, then turning it into a .gif using GIMP. It'd be a lot easier with flash or something.
