Louise came back earlier from work this day. Unfortunately for her, a burglar was already in her house. When she opened her bedroom door, she couldn't react when she felt strong arms around her,and a wet cotton pad pressed against her mouth. She quickly passed out.She awoke thirty minutes later, disoriented, dizzy, on the bedroom floor,tightly tied and gagged.
Now she hears some noise downstairs... Is the burglar still there???

something passed on my mind, what it would be, in fiction, the case of kidnapped girl, held for ransom, by A BURGLAR??
I would think that he didn't find enough fortune in the house, so he decided on trying kidnap, and in case they couldn't respond to demands he will sell her for white slavery
