it's a lot of work.. the process itself isn't very difficult, it's making all the necessary pieces to compile it (layers and layers of art on top of each other) to make it look like a full scene XD

but I think although it's hard and stuff that if someone would make a tutorial with steps and I dunno, say how many seconds you need this and there and the next thing is that.. it would really help ;__;
maybe then I would be able to do more than lame gifs with open-close-open eyes x'D

I think the spinning thing is made of separate 2D pieces cleverly placed to look kind of like 3D (when each rotate). BUT WHAT DO I KNOW. :I
