Other than Parallax, what do you call this kind of animation, where you're moving the pieces around to make it look 3D? Like people do it with characters, making it look like they're being hand-animated when they're not

Most of the characters in my animations are rotoscoped (traced over motion picture footage) frame by frame.

This is really good, the only thing I would fix is that the ground seems to be twisting and bending up and down a bit, especially on the left.

Yea, it is because the ground (having non horizontal lines of road) is distorting. It would help the distortion of first buildings layer (making the bottom of layer being parallel to the non horizontal lines, but I wanted to leave it the way it is. Now I regret, haha.

I see how you did this. You have 5 separate frames on here (including the sky as its own frame). What program did you use this in? Was it photoshop cc
? Either way it's nicely drawn.
