I'm a Marvel fan but I heaven't read Hulk comics for a long time, so I was wondering why the hell does Hulk need an armor?

It has something to do with Marvel Now. Hulk works for S.H.I.E.L.D, Banner is the brains and they use the Hulk as a weapon. The Hulk until recently hasn't said anything except Hulk Smash. You haven't missed anything.

So I suppose he's wearing an armor because Bruce Banner needs an armor to work for SHIELD and protect himself... plus Marvel uses it as a pretext to change Hulk's look.
