how u combine ps with zbrush and (max or maya?) just working a layer as an image? or there is a way to "paint" your 3d model? ...

Hi, Well I first sculpted him in Zbrush. then in ZBrush I painted on the sculpture and made texture maps. I then rendered different lighting passes in 3dsmax and put them together in Photoshop! Hope that helps!

You really must have a lot of talent in the world of 3D to be able to pull of a fantasy creature like this and get it to look right. Her scales look amazing and all the additional kit she's wearing really look the part. OK, so you say it's an old model, but I'm glad you revived it so I could find it. Much love to the scalies!
