Perhaps, but I'm not sure.
Surely, it's a highly arabized and persianized language. By long time, Persian was primary official language of the Karamanid Empire.

Yes that's true.Not only in Karaman states,But also in Ottoman court.But I think Karaman Turkish would be a little different from the Osmanlica(Ottoman Turkish).

I see a notable difference there from OTL - the old Bulgars assimilated their slavic 'hordemen' and went a bit deeper some in europe, it seems.
