This was originally just Raditz and Ginyu, but I thought I'd add Dodoria and Zarbon in there too. Because I wanted to. It's 8 am and I haven't slept at all lmao

You can read everything about these four if you like! But be warned: it's long. TLDR of it:

- Raditz can smooth talk his way into anything and that's how he got into Zarbon's heart and his pants
- Dodoria has ZERO magic, but he has incredible strength and can disable magic. Dodoria don't give a shit. Dodoria does what Dodoria well pleases within reason.
- Captain Ginyu has a spy network that extends to everywhere, and is raising Jeice by himself as a promise to Jeice's dad
- Zarbon is the Mom Friend, and trans
- Frieza's army is a mystery

The House of Frost is a prominent yet extremely elusive military force stationed in the Wyntrelands, nestled between the territories of Wyntre Tytania and the Red Ribbon Army. Leading the House of Frost is an enigmatic Mystic known as Frieza, and both Wyntre Tytania and the Red Ribbon Army couldn't ascertain whether Frieza is an ally or a foe -- or if he's planning on taking over both of them and rule the Wyntrelands on his own. Because of this, emissaries from both sides are dispatched frequently to curry favor and have the House of Frost on their side.

Raditz is currently stationed there for this specific purpose. Because he has the ability to negotiate, barter, persuade and generally smooth talk his way into anything he puts his mind to, both the Tytanian kingdoms had sent him to the House of Frost for diplomatic reasons. But even then, Raditz found it a tough job -- which is why he's stayed put there for the time being and continue to establish good rapport within the House as to show them that they and Tytania have shared interests and that Tytanians like him are good, capable folk. It DOES help somewhat that he and Frieza's brother, Cooler, are members of the Magnificent Nine, and they both are well-acquainted with each other at that point.

Standing together with Frieza are his three Generals -- his personal right hand men that oversee operations in the House of Frost with him or in his absence. Each of them have their own specialities that make them unique to their position: Dodoria oversees the military operations and is basically the powerhouse of its operations; Captain Ginyu establishes its spy network that rivals even that of the Black Knights of Meridia, while also maintaining his own personal group known as the Ginyu Force, serving as Frieza's personal bodyguards and eyes and ears; and Zarbon maintains its connections with nobility and the underground networks they are allied with across the Wyntrelands and beyond, and its main ambassador.

RADITZ
Age: 27 Race: Saiyan

Oldest son of the current House of Asteraceae, Raditz has a huge sense of responsibility in being the head of the household should anything happen to his father Bardock. While he isn't exactly what people would call powerful, Raditz has a talent for dark magic and necromancy -- an arcane art that is difficult for most Saiyans to master. He also can talk -- he can persuade or convince others into making favorable decisions, whether for his own gain or for the good of other. This ability to smooth talk his way into anything he wanted to had the attention of the Tytanian court, and often he's dispatched in diplomatic negotiations that are tougher than most. Because of this, he's dispatched to the House of Frost to negotiate diplomatic ties with it and make the military force an ally to Tytania.

It's here that he meets Zarbon. Because Zarbon is the House's chief Ambassador, they both interact often and negotiate with each other. Eventually, they both started to develop feelings for each other - Raditz respected Zarbon's tenacity and found quite a challenge in him as he can match his abilities toe to toe. Zarbon finds something irresistibly charming about Raditz and his informality outside of work -- something he hasn't quite experienced before. Frieza doesn't disallow their relationship when it came to light, and they're currently working together to reach a good compromise that would satisfy both the House of Frost and Tytania.

Raditz is quite friendly, and has no problems making friends with anyone regardless of rank. A lot of the lower-ranking soldiers look up to him.

CAPTAIN GINYU
Age: nearing 40 Race: Mystic

Captain Ginyu is the lead spymaster of the House of Frost, overseeing an extensive spy network that reaches every corner of the Wyntrelands and beyond it. Aside from this, he is also the leader of a band of mercenaries known as the Ginyu Force, acting as Frieza's muscle men and personal shadows when needed.

He's arguably the most noble among the House of Frost -- Captain Ginyu has a lot of heroic aspirations, and this "hero" attitude is embodied in how he carries himself and how he runs operations. He doesn't believe any of his subordinates are replacable or dispensible - if even one spy is compromised, he'd go the lengths to retrieve them back safely, even personally overseeing the rescue if he has to. This would have been a problem for most spy networks, to have a leader that idealistic -- except Ginyu is extremely discreet and very meticulous in ensuring nothing can be traced back to the House of Frost. This meticulous attention to secrecy is a contrast to his often flamboyant and outspoken nature. Perhaps that was what he intended all along - no one would suspect the one always in the spotlight would be a spy, after all, much less the lead spymaster.

He has an almost familial relationship with the rest of the Ginyu Force, considering them his brothers in arms. He secretly mourns the disappearance of his second-in-command and best friend, Mascarpo, and is currently mentoring and raising Mascarpo's son, Jeice, fulfilling a promise made long ago.

Rumor has it Ginyu's current appearance is not his original form.

DODORIA
Age: 35 Race: Mystic

Dodoria is the commander of the House of Frost's military force -- anything that requires power, he's the one to look for. This is by itself a monumentous position to hold, especially for someone with no magical prowess as Dodoria.

While magical talent is revered in the House of Frost (the stronger and more adept in magic you are, the more you'll rise up in the ranks), no one questions Dodoria's position -- and no one dares to. Dodoria's volatile temper is as legendary as the battles he's won for the House in Frieza's name. Most folks fear him, but those who have worked under him state that he cares for them and ensures their needs are taken care of.

Dodoria's particular race are people that have no magical abilities at all, but where they lack in magic, they excel particularly at disabling it. Because magic has no effect on Dodoria, this enables him to take care of enemy mages efficiently, bypassing their barriers and deflecting their curses, while the rest of his force powers through. He also has superhuman (or super-Mystic) strength, a result of years of training and pushing himself to the limits every time, as part of his people's regimen. His high social standing among his race also allows the House of Frost access to the region's best arcanists.

ZARBON
Age: 29 Race: Mystic

A former member of the Grandis family, a powerful and wealthy Mystic noble house in the Wyntrelands, comprising of a number of different families all with considerable influence and wealth. Originally he grew up as one of his family's seven daughters, before he identified as a man and transitioned as one at some point in his adolescence. While this was cause for celebration for his immediate family, many of the Grandis family were furious, seeing this as a violation of its strict patriarchal conventions. As a result, Zarbon was effectively disowned from the Grandis clan, and most the other families in the noble house pledge allegiance to Wyntre Tytania instead, leaving behind his own family and remaining families that support him to remain in House Frost.

Single-handedly his mother united the rest of the families that remain with them, establishing a new noble house known as the Maxima clan, and thanks to her efforts, now the Maxima and Grandis families are in perpetual rivalry with each other for power and wealth. This had a great impact on Zarbon as he eased into adulthood; his mother is a most accomplished diplomat, able to negotiate and barter with the best of them without backing down, wanting the best for the family and the clan. Frequently following his mother in negotiations and trade agreements, he soon picks up the secrets of being a great diplomat, and eventually worked on his own. Before he joined the House of Frost and served under Frieza, he had the prestigious position of being chief diplomatic officer for Wyntre Tytania to Guardia, before he took on position as the House of Frost's chief ambassador, effectively also becoming its ambassador to Wyntre Tytania.

While Zarbon is primarily a diplomat, he isn't without combat talents -- he's one of the House's most powerful mages, and is well-trained in the art of battle. The Maxima family (and to this extent the Grandis family as a whole) either train their children on their own, or send them to learn from the world's best experts - they have the coin for it after all, and Zarbon's upbringing in this matter is no different.

Zarbon is considered aloof and cold to those that don't know him all that well, but those who do note that he has a gentle, nurturing nature about him, and like the rest of his colleagues, he cares about his subordinates a great deal, often ensuring they're not left behind in any way. This kindness and protective instincts isn't as apparent in his work, but it's very apparent when he's with the people he cares about. He's also apparently very vain and have some very...grandiose opinions and standards of beauty and grace, and often carries himself with more grace and poise than the rest of his fellow Generals.
