It was pretty nice getting away from this heat (it's about 110 degrees here). The glowing waves were pretty cool, though. There were massive amounts of plankton in the water. Apparently they glow when disturbed.

I took some photographs...maybe I'll have to post them under the webcam section when I get the chance. They were so beautiful, but the pics didn't do it justice. My camera had a hard time focusing...in order to see them glow, I couldn't use the flash...but without the flash, it wouldn't focus well. (It was really dark).

And for the eyebrows...I actually drew (ugh) every single little eye brow/facial hair in. It was very tedious.

No, I used a photograph to draw this. Roughed it out first and then started with an eye and worked my way out with the detail. Thanks for the comment!
