I'm still so glad she's switched to standard cleavage instead of fully-exposed breasts. And I love the design on her shield. Patriotic without being cliched or a Captain America rip-off.

Thanks. I think I have finally settled on a costume that allows me to have fun with her, but still be in line with the "Marvelous" and "Distinguished Competition".
Her powers were a way to HAVE powers, but I didn't want her to be able to one-hit people into oblivion. MR can run the patrols that need to be done and handle most non-world-ending catastrophes

Excellent bio. I really like the fact that Major operates around the same power level as Mindy as it helps balance the team out. Plus the shield, and its design, is fantastic.

I picture her more at low to mid-level in comparison to others in AF. Her strength level is at 5 tons and top speed is 100 mph so she's formidable but is best as part of a group instead of taking on large threats on her own.

She’s got a little bit of everything, and is refreshingly not super super, if you get me; Renown will have to use her hyperactive brain to get the job done if she ever goes up against a higher-level physical powerhouse, as she cannot rely on brute strength and ridiculous invulnerability like Connie does.

Exactly. I wanted someone who was good enough to be on The Guardians, but not so powerful that she became the typical "Mary Sue". She carries the shield because it is a rather useful item as it is rather heavy (the last version was 100 lbs) and can be hurled at people. She still feels pain, just not as much as a regular human. If she went up against Ilsa, a solid punch would knock Juni across town, but she would survive with both the shield and her impervious build. She would be in extreme pain, though.

Interesting, that’s the impression I got from her bio. For example, both Renown and Connie could be caught in the same explosion, and while both would survive, Renown would need more time to recover (if I’ve got things straight).
