I have been distracted with other things lately, not much in the mood for making images.Anyway, I really enjoy making images with deserts... Here are a few more I made:

Because what your images reflex really hit me.
I feel a bit more relaxed just by watching them.
So I suddenly wondered: "Is the creator's personality similar to the shot of relaxation I get everytime I see something new from him?"
Then I asked you.
I can't say I'm surprised by the answer. It's really strange for such a state of relaxation to exist consistently in a person's soul for a long time.

That terrain was made originally in GeoControl2 and exported as height map into Vue, where I made some fine-tuning in the terrain editor to get the composition I wanted. Then I exported the resulting terrain from Vue into Zbrush, where I added the arches (used the new ZModeler brush). I imported it back into Vue and textured it here.

Awesome! I will have to try that. I finally bit the bullet and purchased a copy of World Machine since I wasn't sure if Geocontrol was abandonware or not. Have you tried it?
