Again, just because Boco's persona is similar to Edward's doesn't automatically make him a clone of Edward. By this logic, Skarloey, Rheneas, and Duke have personalities that are more similar to Edward and do you see anyone call them clones of him? No.

I did this because people also go as far with this quote to call Boco "Green Edward". Then by this logic, Skarloey would be "Redward", Rheneas would be "Orange-Redward", Duke would be "Brown Edward", Toby would be "Brown Edward". Also, Percy would be "Green Thomas", Bill and Ben would each be "Yellow Thomas" or "Yellow Percy". James would be "Red Gordon". Spencer would be "Silver Gordon". Ashima would be "Pink Lady". Charlie would be "Purple Billy". Fergus would be "Blue Duck".
