Description
So this ladies and gentlemen, is my first presentable dish I've ever made.What you see is a chicken fried lightly in homemade breading, and olive oil.
Garlic salt, and pepper brings the explosion of flavor.
Garnished to the "fountain" appeal is red pepper strewn about.
Plate-fillers are Spam and homemade tortilla to wipe up the remains of the chicken.
I cook and think "out there", but I guarantee, I am proud of this one because it is delicious.
