So I wonder what I’m thinkingStaring at the wall with such content

All the things to make me feel spent
I’m running out of options
Nowhere left to go, to run, to hide
I’m running out of choices
Now that you are not by my side
I keep thinking and thinking and thinking
But still the words lack a meaning
And I hate, I hate, I hate
The way I think inside every morning
I put my head against the wall
It might help me see better
I walk downtown backwards
Hopefully my feet will become wetter
I start to laugh at her stupid jokes
Even though I hate her
And I even cry, once in a while,
Just to see her smile
