That's pretty crazy But I like it! Nowadays, when we have so many poets who are the same or don't show anything new in literature, we need people like you

And I can see connections with Polish

oko- an eye
libba reminds of a word "biba" which in slang means "a party"
furra is like "fura" which is coloquial and means "car" (usually some big, expensive car)
nee may means Polish "nie" which means "no"
yo in slang means "hey" (but it's in each language I guess)
and stob is like "stop" which of course means "stop"

So... I can see that in a line "oko oko nee nee nee" someone is going to stand face to face with someone ("eye to eye") but the audience is saying "no no no!" like it was a bad idea or it's the other person's scream "no no no!" like the first one wanted a fight or something.

The line "libba don yo furra stob" means to me that there is some nice party going on and you need to stop your big, expensive car (so you can drink) and someone is calling you "don yo" what we can expect means something like "hey dude, don't do it to me, just get off from your car and join us because we're going to party".
