Definitely not the final render, especially since I haven't brought his forearms, hand, and lowers legs and feet into existence.

I played with it recently too. Truly amasing tool. Some other software had topology independent sculpting before (Sculptris, 3dCoat), but the Pixlogic done this task way better.

Definitely.
I've made about 13 different sculpts this week.
It's more or less just fun to doodle with it, since the Dyna Mesh destroys the polyflow... so no animating.
Well, I could, but that's too much work.

If you want animable polyflow, use retopology tools in Zbrush or external application like Topogun.
