Haha, well, I taught myself...
Just mess around in photoshop, and see what everything does.
Should only take about a month.
But you should know how to do almost everything.
Umm, look for photoshop tutorials online for tips on air brushing, getting different feels for the photo, etc.

To tell you the truth, the eyes scare the living crap out of me. It's why I never commented on any of the others.
Have you ever thought of taking the shot from the floor? You know, with you looking down at the camera? Then just dim the lights and do some sepia coloring and viola! Creepy.

I actually take these shots for a reason.
They are more flatter.
I have too wide of a jaw base and wide neck to look down.
Makes me look like I have a double chin.

the eye effect is very nice i like it a lot looks very realistic but repeating the same effect in different poses doesn't make something new, try doing more things like deferent outfits maybe some weird make up or add stuff with photoshop oversized mouths huge teeth, blood, scratches and would be a great idea to use a female model in the shot semi naked like you showing a weird alien/monster couple, also would be great to see frontal portraits or pics from distance, the pics that you can see the hand holding seem very hasty to me, make an ambience a portrait something that it could be real and we thank god that it isn't. Hope i helped a bit 
don't get me wrong tho i like what you do the shots are excellent the shading and coloring is great and the eye realistic i would just like to see more things
