Does it cover lineart-onlys and other flat styles or mostly shading and adding texturing, wrinkes etc?
Like, will it help me with my main style (somehow else than telling me to focus on combining references?):

I should have bought it before starting, I've finished, but because the foundation used a flawed method, I'm not able to apply some of the techniques found in the vids, I'm just gonna restart and make a new dragon, possibly a glutton type.

so I just downloaded this and everything seems to be working fine except the tool presets? I keep trying to download them but they won't download into photoshop. I have Photoshop cs6 so it should be working, do you know how I could fix this?

Your best bet is to try and translate it, and if it doesn't work move over to photoshop
