Though I quite liked the new Godzilla design, there were a couple areas I was a bit unsatisfied with. I’ve been doodling my own concept Godzilla and this is what I came up with. See it without lightning here

Dude, you rock on so many levels. Bit surprised you didn't give Gojira a stiffer, more erect tail, though, given your love of dinosaurs. Fun watching your work, thank you.

This is great, but you made his legs/feet too thin. They have to be thicker in order to support its massive weight (especially since you made his body even bulkier).

They are plenty thick. Just because something looks thin, doesn't mean it can't support a lot of weight, giant theropods especially have particularly dainty ankles. I made godzilla much smaller than usual as well, he is only around 150 feet tall here, 200 feet shorter than the new movie.

Thanks for replying! Making Godzilla smaller is a very important point, being over 50% smaller (and lighter) makes my argument fall flat. Sorry for the slow reply, blame MarioKart and the OR/AS news yesterday.

I really did love the more saurian look they gave Big G! Hell half of the time I thought he almost looked like a two legged alligator.

The only problem I had with 2014 Godzilla is that his spines looked a little too small, and you've fixed that!

Being a huge Godzilla dork/fan through the years, I have to say this is a pretty gnarly concept. Love the huge spines.
Though I did like the Legendary Godzilla. I was pretty much only bummed out by his nose and lack of ears.
Out of all the Godzilla's I absolutely adored their Foo Dog like noses and tiny little pointed ears. There was something lionish about their faces. Burning Godzilla might of been my favorite of all:

I really like your design!! It is more of a compromise between the 1998 Godzilla, which I really liked and the 2014 one, which is a bit too heavy and bear-like for my liking, personally.
