this reminds me at a tv show i use to watch when i was a kid,
it was from the same artist as peter rabbit, and once the artist had draw a otter 2,
it looks like it!

This is so beautiful - I love the traditional style of it. And the colour adds to that - makes it look kinda 'rusty.' The lace trim is also particularly nice.
