You are really good with animal drawings. This one reminds me of an illustration I did for a sci-fi novel I was commissioned to illustrate many years ago. I'll have to find it and post it some day. Your piece is much better than mine, I must say.

saw you had a DD and i hadda check out your gallery. mousies have always been hard for me to draw, for some reason, and when people draw mousies i get all giggly and obsessive.
i gatta say, this does remind me of Secret of NIMH, too. mostly the cape and all.

Beautiful... I love the work you put in to these. The shading the texture. It is just adorable. And you don't slack on the backgrounds either. That is what is so great. I have watched so many people do beautiful work on the character and then put it up on a sloppy computer generated background. I really apriciated the work you put into your pieces. It makes my heart feel good.
