Yeah, she "says" she's a loli.  Isn't Neptune based on the Sega Saturn?  That console came out in 1994!  At this point, Nep Nep is a hard-drinking, chain-smoking sorority girl trolling for some unsuspecting high school consoles so she can slip her third party games into their disc drives.

Ooh, could this be another comic premise?  The Hyperdimension Neptunia girls and their "real" ages?

Neptune is based on the Sega Neptune, a console that never came out to the public. Some people have the theory that she's given that name because she isn't a goddess of consoles like Blanc, Noire, and Vert and because when Sega became a software company they avoided being bankrupt (they're not as rich as the other companies, still having good amounts of income). And yet no wonder why Neptune is so a hyperactive-genki-girl!

Nope.avi this won't be another comic premise like Akari's arc, Cards Against Humanity or Kyouko plays Undertale. But I have more ideas written related on Neptunia. I started playing it and it was a never ending fun. Do you know Neptunia, by any chance?

I've heard of it, but I've never watched any of the anime or played the games.

What I meant to suggest was making a one-shot comic about the Console girls "acting their age".  You could present Canon!Noire acting all cute and tsundere, then you present RealLife!Noire - The Playstation, released in 1994 - and show her all worn out and jaded.

(For Nep Nep, if she's based on a discarded console, you should show her huddled in a trash heap, alone and forgotten.)

That idea seems good! I don't know about the other consoles (Blanc and Vert) but I'd change Noire to a state where she's all burned up for all the piracy or something similar. I may be wrong, because I don't know all the details of your idea, you might wanna send me a script for that.
