Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Violet would be a very feminine girl who lived most of her life only learning what her parents wanted her, and for a long time she never really thought much about it but as she grew up she saw a lot of her girl friends marrying and become house wives, she understood that was the life her parents wanted for her, she learned everything from cooking to sewing and even tho she enjoys doing some of the chores she learned, she didn't want to get married. I thought she would like to earn her independence, she loved her parents and all but she wanted to live her life as she pleases too and just staying around the house just listening to her parents (and after that to her husband) would not make Violet feel fulfilled with how she lived, she wanted something more, she wanted to be acknowledged not simply because she bake the most delicious pie.
When she was thinking about what she wanted to do, thinking about everything she learned and what of those things she wanted to master, she couldn't pick anything, she wanted something new, something she always looked up to but could never learn, she went to the castle and asked to be assigned as an apprentice knight, she didn't ask for permission or if anyone liked her idea, Violet simply decided to be a knight herself and went to the only place she knew that trained knights (of course her parents were against it but she didn't told them to ask for permission, but simply to let them know what she decided to do in her life), at first all the other apprentices and knights thought this fragile girl would give up in days or weeks at most, but Violet was determinate to learn what she chose. I also thought she would be very perfectionist and this trait would help a lot fer stance and form of fight.
