Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Meridia would have been born a noble lady who had everything she would ever need from the moment she was born, unfortunately tho, a coup thrown by the king's farthest relatives had disbanded the council which Meridia's family has been a part of from many years but when she thought it couldn't get worse the new king decided to take away the previous concil's riches with the pretext of sharing it with the people, of course that wasn't the true but it didn't mattered and by the end of the day, Meridia's family were poorer than the lowest pauper, because of this situation her whole family commited suicide because they couldn't take this humiliation, it only served as fuel to the masses who received the information as if noble people would rather die than live like them, but not Meridia, even when the odd were against her, even when she knew she had almost no chance nor opportunity she made one for herself, she gave herself, body and soul as a fighter in the arena, wether she would live or die would depend only on her skills, and even tho she had none at the beginning, her hatred and desire for vengeance for her family fueled her to be the greatest gladiator ever just so she would be granted an audience with this new so called king.
