Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Velara would look like a serious harpy who doesn't enjoy the slightest joke, but in reality, she is quite outgoing and really enjoy having some fun with her friends. Velara's feather has this unique color, which she inherit from her grandmother, they first come in a bright cerulean and as they get older they change to a more darker tone until they reach their deep purple tone.
I believe Velara would be one of the most skilled in her tribe that fights with some sort of weapon, in her case, is a powerful talon of the Roc bird which she made herself. Velara likes to keep an stoic appearance whenever she leaves her tribe because she believes it's too dangerous to show much interest and enthusiasms when going out, specially around other races as Velara knows better than anyone how greedy they can become when they see her bright feathers, after all, she had one of her wings clipped by those horrible races who thought they could get a large sum of money selling it off, it will grow out eventually, but until it does, Velara is unfortunately, grounded...
