A human version of Fluttershy from My Little Pony.Feel free to color it, but please follow the rules below.

I must say this is stunning work.
And have to say, while I have seen other human my little pony's, what gives yours it's originality is the fact that you almost can't tell it's a my human my little pony. What I mean is, with most of these it's painfully obvious what or who it is, with yours people could debate she's something else.
Truthfully, when I first saw her the image was too small to see her cutie mark, thus I thought she was some sort of angel.
I also like the animals. The bunny is adorable, that mouse thing next to her foot is just sweet, those butterflies (both in the air and on her) are wonderful. The tree, the grass, the leaves, the flowers, it's all amazing.
Though where you lose points is signature. In your Rules for Coloring, you say "Do *NOT* remove my signature" which I understand, though your placement of it, makes that a heck of a job. I'm not saying you should have your signature there, I'm just saying you should have it right there. Most artist will place their signature off to the side of picture, which I think would be much better if you didn't want it removed. Though that might just be my thoughts on it.
Other then that, wonderful work, and I can't wait too see how you do your next human my little pony.

The signature is placed where it is so that it is more difficult for a person to simply crop it out or erase it.

So you said you don't want the signature removed - but would you be alright if it was moved? Like, to a corner of the picture? Or does it need to stay exactly where it is?
