Description
To Tyrannosaurs battle in the shadow of a rumbling volcano.A mood peice, based on an old Osborn concept. I intentionaly went all 1900 here, as I was trying to capture a Charles Knight feel. I don't think I succeded, Damn it.

Great job... I had a sketch somewhere too, where I was planning to show up the original "osborn concept" as you well put it. Maybe from the more boring, side view. Well, enough of that, This is great job! Good old-school feeling; the harsh rocky environment and always a forever-erupting volcano in the savage land where dumb, cruel and slumbering beasts roamed.
