Well here I go, a first time thing making a tutorial but after a couple requests on how to those type of speedpaint things I do I decided to give it a go and see how much people I could help out.
I have my own method of speedpaint, so don't think of it as the only way, I'm only showing the way I know so please go easy on my. I used chikorita as a demonstration.
You'll also notice Takuya doodles throughout the tutorial, why have a plain old one when you can make it fun. So if I ever do more I'll be featuring other frontier characters!
It was quite fun doing this. Reviews would be nice.Program Used: Photoshop Elements 8 (You can use any version of photoshop for this)
Level: Easy/ Medium (Talking about steps, level of drawing depends on you)
Tools: Computer Mouse
Tips: Make sure to keep your brush on low opacity when colouring.

This tutorial a really long time ago, around early last year when I still used the mouse to do art. Now I use a tablet, and I'm on the same level as anyone when they first start out - so remove the goddess comment.

i never new that you can use that way for drawings

No I don't think your swimming in a flood lol, just when I was watching the news some people stayed in their basements and stayed out the cyclone until it was over.

This tutorial was awesome! I've always tried to do speedpaintings, but I'm a perfectionist whenever it comes to art Do you think I could do this using Paint Tool SAI instead of Photoshop?

I've never used Sai, but I think you'd be able to do the exact same thing as long as you have an opacity tool, a brush and layers then you should be fine!

I was playing football in the oval at my school and it was cold enough as it was, the grass was covered almost entirely with frost and I had gloves on, my fingers frozen already and once my friend kicked the football at my fingers I tried to catch and felt like my fingers were going to fall off.

Australian football is alot different to american.

Well for starters we call NRL instead of superbowl lol.
And it's a lot less agressive, we have two methods where you can play tackling involved or just touch football. Because I'm a girl I stick to touch football. No giant shoulderpads and stuff involved lol you just better know how to catch a ball and kick when you need to. Tries are alot easier to score as well.
