Description
Atton does a lot of talking. Exile doesn't get any screen time.Look, I'm still alive! Hello complex backgrounds! The administration console did turn out pretty. And thank goodness for being out of the security room! I finally feel like we're getting to move forward with the story.
Been awhile since I've been on. I came up with an idea for a childrens' book, so I've been splitting my time between working on that, spending time with family for Thanksgiving, and a good deal of Skyrim. The game is fantastic! The vistas! The quests! The dragons!
Have I mentioned I've been playing Skyrim?

Love your comics, and it's been so long since I've played KOTOR II. Now I want to play again. Can't wait for the next page!

I think this is the first time I've ever seen this scene done well. I love how you always make the people look so animated

Awesome, though I sometimes wonder if its a bit too much text. I mean, it is the beloved game dialogue but still... If that's what you're going for though, then its totally okay. Still looks awesome!

It is a lot of text, I'll freely admit it. I try to leave only what's necessary to convey the canon story, but thankfully were almost out of the required dialogue for making Peragus feel true to the game. Which is good, because I'm ready to do some development of my own.

It it addicting.... Level 22 I think, I've been holding back in using my level-ups lately, because I don't want to do it too soon. I would make that mistake in previous Bethesda games. I'd get really good at my alchemy, restoration, and blacksmithing, then wander out into the world to face foes a little strong for my actual combat skill. So now I'm being careful to keep things more even, and it's working. I welcome a solo fight with a dragon, no big deal.

wooooot it always excites me when I see one of these in my inbox! I love Atton in the 3rd panel doing whatever he's doing (rolling up his sleeve? kinda? stretching? It looks good regardless!) and I love how you did the holographic grid thingy at the comm console

Thank you, you made my day... been having a bad week after the SW:TOR beta turned out to be horrible (don't get me wrong I'm glad there is finally an MMO with plot, but I wanted a good plot and that was half the problem; the other half was the game play was very unpolished and the game gets released in 1 month)
Skyrim... me too (love that game). Lost my soul to it some time ago.
Anyways, thought I'd give you fair warning as a fellow KotOR II fan... don't read the new Star Wars book Revan or play the new MMO video game Star Wars The Old Republic. I hate to say it but they retcon all of KotOR II and kill the Exile in the book in the lamest way possible... and her official name is horrible "Meetra Surik". They make her Revan's bitch (hate to say it but literally, Revan is implied to be a pimp) and kinda apprentice, she never was cut off from the force, Nihilus power never existed, etc... Oh, I got into the beta for the game and it was bad... The book started off with a thank you KotOR II comment and then it proceeded to bastardize the entire plot line of it so the thank you felt like a back handed insult.
On that note thank you for these comics... they remind me that are people with brains and good tastes out there. Plus I needed a reminder that Star Wars can occasionally have amazing plot lines beyond "Durp".
Oh as to the page, lots of dialog but Atton's expressions are pretty good. Plus I love the backgrounds

Glad I could make your day better, and thanks for the warning. I still want to play the MMO, just because It's been sooo long since I got to play a Star Wars RPG, but I'll steer clear of the book for sure. Your descriptions of the crap that they took on a plot I know and love have made me feel a little sick to my stomach. That sounds completely ridiculous! Apparently they weren't thinking of the Kotor audience when they were writing all this out. The Kotor fans have been wanting a Kotor 3, an answer to where Revan and Exile both disappeared to; not some false rehashing of a perfect story. Truly sad.

Your absolutely right the book is meant for the SWTOR fans only and ones whom never played KotOR 1 and 2 at that. Or ones whom like good writing... which sucks since the author is a good author he just halfass the plot in this one case knowing how many fans of KotOR 1 and 2 there where. *sigh guess he cares more about making booko easy bucks like everyone at lucasarts and not the story/characters we fell in love with.
Lolz... well I understand want a Star Wars RPG. Just if you want some vengeance and choose to play as a Jedi Knight kill the possible companion character Lord Scourge. He teamed up with the the Exile to kill the Emperor (since the Emperor is fucking off his rocker) and since he got a vision of an unknown Jedi killing him and assumed it was her, then stabbed her in the back since he got some other BS force vision showing another Jedi killing him way later in the future at the moment they arrive to back up Revan vs Emperor. She dies instantly, no last words and doesn't even disappear into the force (apparently due to guilt of failure). Revan is then pawn stomped and captured (turned into force food, like the Jedi at the end of KotOR 1 for the Emperor to feed off of), T3 atomized... Scourge lies saying he lured them into a trap and gets promoted. Then he sits on his ass for 300 years waiting for the Jedi he had a vision of.
I'm on the fence of getting the game just so I could do my own fanfic later to retcon the plot hole logic of SWTOR (not to save the Exile of Revan) and make the Empire attack just a few years after the Exile leaves... since lets face the plot logic. The Republic is broke, in ruins, and has only a few Jedi left... so just what is holding the Empire back from attacking right then? The SWTOR plot line trailers confirm they had spies in place for generations whom could easily inform the Empire of the weakened state of the Republic. Of course that much writing would be a hell of an investment of my time... so maybe I should just not play it to retcon it and play Skyrim DLCs once they come out instead

Yeah, I felt mentioning the cell would help add emphasis to the jail thing later.
Lol, Not a fan of the game? It had me a little wary for the first hour, just because it felt so different from Oblivion and Morrowind. It seemed like a mis-mash of a lot of other games, but after I gave it some time, I fell in love. I'm glad to have a new rpg to enjoy.

Well I did play Morrowind and liked, I did play Oblivion and liked and I did play Fallout 3 and NV and liked it. Can't say Skyrim isn't fun, but I'm starting to ask myself... What new did Bethesda bring into the Gamebryo engine except renaming it to something else? Well... nothing. They just deleted my favourite console command - createfullactorcopy You say you have a new RPG to enjoy, but for me it's same as Fallout - Just another Oblivion mod...

It is a lot like Fallout, but the scenery and clothing are much prettier! Lol, yeah, they didn't take it as far as I had hoped in some areas, but at least the Elder Scrolls world has kids now, even if they are the ones from Fallout...
