That text is an ancient language that i know it says "The King of The Void Realm" which is the realm of pure darkness ... My people made that sword for a great titan who betrayed us so we banished him but the sword still remains here forever.

As someone else pointed out, it's the first four letters of the Welsh name for Excalibur. A completely reasonable thing to write on the side of on homage to said sword.
