Description
Hey everyone! Have a tutorial! Enjoy! It's pretty big...so it may take a while to load^^ I cover everything...I think. Yes.
It takes me, on average, 6-8 hours to make a strip. Sometimes longer because I can be REALLY picky with certain things, especially with the line-art. So it varies-- also this had a far less complicated background, so that cuts down time considerably!

I love you <3
Did this technique for my first college graphics course intro assignment! It was a bit (make that A LOT) more shading than my lazy self ususally does by such nice work. I have been a fan for years and hope that my little cartoons can become HALF as good compared to yours one day.

Oh my gosh. This is amazing! That you for taking time to give us a few pointers in this area. Seriously. :'D I'm just beginning to maul over the idea of making a comic, but I have no idea where to start. It's a bit overwhelming. There's so many things you can do! I was actually dreading the idea of having to ink every panel I drew (I'm a sucker for traditional art and royally suck at inking digitally), but you've shown me that pencil art can work for line art just as well!
Now I really need to save up so I can afford Painter. I got to play around with Painter11 for a bit when I first got my tablet two years ago. It was amazing. I was sad when my trial expired. D:
Poser looks like an amazing program! Where did you get it? I guess I could look that up myself, huh? If it cost money, i sure hope it doesn't cost that much. Heh.
Aside from all of that, I love your art style. That I do. wonderful work!
