I have all the time in the world right now to draw and write--so I'm taking adavantage of it big time.I haven't drawn andy anthro in a while---and I haven't tried to do any mechanical stuff--so I put the two together this time!
This pic started out as one of my characters from my story...but it turn into something completely different! Enjoy the half assed background-ness!
Inked with a felt pen, and colored with photoshop7 with a mouse

Oh. My. God.
I love this picture so much. That anthro seems very reminscient of...something. I can't quite put my finger on it, and that ambiguity really adds to the pictures luster. The fiery gaze (love the glint in his eye!), the indifferent pose... Yarg.
I know it's just the mangled torse of whatever it's supposed to be, but the way it's... composed. Like the will of a wild being, his rage transcending his phsyical helplessness.

that's awesome! good for you. i've never seen an anthro-mecha combination. well executed. and i don't think that anyone can really complain about the background

i love how u have that piece of cloth covering her android boob, lol, yeah that sounded funny... but i like the idea that something which isn't really alive still needs modesty because it is so human like. i love the little touches of of what would be considered a sophistication in the machine (like the worn down wings and the complex wiring with has been wriggled out), but has been degraded to a wretch state
