This is pretty much what the jet age did to piston engined aircraft, sent them to the junkyard.

True, in a way. The piston aircraft never really died, though. The jet age just relegated them to other more limited roles. Private planes and turboprop (still kind of jets) planes still have a place. When humans come out with a new and better technology we don't always throw away the old tech. We often just add the new tech to our ever growing toolbox.

Oh, it took so long to make her mane and tail. Almost a half time of drawing. And this is really some parts of the real planes, like Douglas or Curtiss.

The way Dash looks here almost makes me think she destroyed all of those herself. Nice detail on all those heaps of flying junk, by the way.

Thanks. Rather, she regrets that pile of metal. All these aircrafts are used to fly in the sky, but now are doomed to rust on the dump. As pegasus, she should sympathize them.
