Like people have already said by the looks of it, it's not as gross as it sounds Ed (though rice milk is better for you then soy)

Nothing's as gross as dairy milk, so that automatically sets them a lot higher

Yeah ricotta too, but in the middle, when mom does it she mixes egg and cottage cheese, some times she puts ricotta in it too if we have it. She'll put the ricotta with other cheeses on top too.
