Description
Portrait of Daemonosaurus, a very basal dinosaur from the Chinle Fm. from the Late Triassic of the Eastern part of USA. It's turned into a scenery where the predator is likely about to attack a prey. The eyebrows are spêculative, like all dinofuzz on basal dinosaurs. But such a feature could have been possible, and I imagined a protection from the sun for the dinosaur's eyes.
Maybe a female, with pale, dull clear brown fuzz? Who knows if there was some sexual dimorphism, with brighter colors on the male?
This is a new drawing I just finished today. Bwh. When I compare with my ooooooold schstuff... nuff said.
