For me it speaks of transformations, shredding skins like it happens sometimes in life. Then what to do with the old parts ? Is it possible to find some use for it ?
And it is also evocative of a very strange science fiction short story. I dont remenber the title yet (it must be in my other head, the one in the laundry basket).

Is it ? Sometimes things escape from your inconscious, and give more meaning that you put in. In a universal background, the racism idea can be perceived, or not.
But the mutation idea, the archetypal skinning out of the snake, can touch anyone regardless. I dont know your color and you dont know mine, but common ground is that we feel better out of the shower, putting on clean clothes. Same thing, spiritually wise. Changing oneself, cleaning one's mind feel good.
At some level I can read now : shredding out what racism has inflicted to your soul, to you. Shredding your own racism. Feeling good, feeling yourself. Changing is always painful. Changing into oneself...painful, but exhilarating at the same time.

Very strange, very creative, and very good. I love the yellow latex glove, and how the face is whiter and brighter hanging on the clothes line. I like how your mind works.
