I don't know what videogame.Β It reminds me of some frog people that I saw in a gameplay video for Guild Wars 2 awhile back.Β The posture also somehow makes me think of the Muttons from X-Com.Β But my first guess for inspiration would have been Swamp Thing from DC comics.

I am probably the last one to advise, butΒ besides quickies -Β drawingΒ complex (3pts, globe, etc.) perspective and body proportions are good ways to test your imagination and skill.
