Actually what happened was he was shot in the side and the bullet went inside of him destroyed everything inside and then came out getting lodged in his arm

Poor Alexander, didn't they foreshadow this is at the beginning of the musical? In the song "Alexander Hamilton", I heard the line "I was the fool who shot him!" So does that foreshadow this event? o3o

I think you've mistaken the feline in this picture for Alexander. This is Philip Hamilton; his son, seen here: assassin-or-shadow.deviantart.… He gets shot during a duel by a Mister George Eacker after he spoke badly about his father.
That line you mentioned does foreshadow Alexander's death though.
