Go to youtube and look up prototype 2. In fact, wherever you see prototype 2 you also see "murder your maker", "are you ready to kill alex" ect. written all over it. Just look up the previews.

This rumor is forever old and no one has heard even a sliver about it. Not only that but the rumor said there was to be a trilogy.
Also, infamous 2 is already being worked on, they had an article about having a new voice actor for the second on Destructoid.
