Figured I need a reference for these things. They're quite possibly the most annoying thing to draw consistently, or at least worse than the bandages that cover them. Speaking of which, I realized I forgot Peter's facial and arm bandages for THE ENTIRETY OF THE CHARACTER DESIGN TEST dangit.

So yeah. This is one of the reasons why Peter is a little... out of it.

EDIT: to clear up some ambiguous wording, Peter was born with malformed/ poorly developed vocal cords. The surgical scars on his throat were from the doctors looking at them to see if there was anything that could be done to salvage his ability to speak. There wasn't, so the vocal cords were removed (my medical knowledge is not exactly the sharpest so I'm not completely sure WHY)
