I've always been curious as to what her cutie mark represents owo

It's supposed to be slightly confusing - it's a flame styalised to look somewhat like a flower. ^.^
Basically, it represents her 'special ability': setting fire to things without ponies noticing (basically arson XD ).
...kinda' explains her infatuations with dragons too ~ .
