I didn't draw this! The picture was made with the help of a dress-up game: www.dolldivine.com/princess-ma…To continue with humanized characters, I really wanted to make one for Shilo, too, because I haven’t seen a humanized version of him yet, and because he is just so sweet and precious.
His clothes are based on his ratguard uniform from this picture , and I added a silver-colored vest to stand for his armor. Also, even though Shilo is originally a black rat, I don’t see him as a black-skinned person, so he is more of Hispanic/mixed race here. And I gave him freckles because we all know that he would have them.

You're right, as a human he wouldn't be truly black, he's a Hispanic, though with darker skin than most. Sagitar as a human is Hispanic, while Sculrag is of mixed race, Hispanic and African-American. Humanized Shilo would look a lot like this, just with slightly darker skin and curly hair, though you got his hair right in that it is brown 
He probably does have freckles, now that I think about it
