Description Thankyou Milarca for reminding me that this needed to be done.

To say thankyou, I'm offering it here for free.

I had to look at the finished stitched piece i had created years ago (the pattern I designed was lost in the house fire) and sort of reverse engineer this

It is pretty big so that you can zoom in to get the pattern a size that's easy for you to stitch.
So it's probably best downloaded? I haven't tried to put one up here that's this big before and I did quite a lot of cut and paste to put it together ... hope it's OK to read.
Please let me know if you stitch this, I'd love to see how it turns out.

As it was reverse engineered I kind of had to guess the colours (using the colours in my thread box) and it might turn out slightly differently. The border is also slightly different, but i think it's pretty close to the original

If you have any problems reading it, please let me know so i can fix it.

Thanks very much ... didn't take long to reverse engineer thankfully. I can't remember how long it took the first time I designed it, but i do know I agonised over the floral border. I wasn't sure if I should go with the more leafy type or the scroll type, so i went with both.

Not a problem. I hope you get time to stitch it one day (and that the pattern is useable. LOL)

My only concern is finding the exact colours =\

is there no one selling DMC threads near you?

I can convert the colours to Anchor.

Or you can usally get away with an approximate colour.

What's DMC thread?

It's a commercially available stranded cotton. The numbers on the ley relate to numbers of colours of thread.
Have a look here if you need to find out where you can get them.

It's available in most countries in craft stores, but there are also loads of sites that you can order it online.

DMC threads take the guess work out of colours.

Oh, and I was looking at the pattern again so I can print it and noticed the top looks like it's cut off a bit.. is it supposed to be like that?

Ok, I've fixed that ... it's a bit patchy as I did a lot of cut and paste, and I don't have much time, but everything is there and you should be able to stitch from it.

Again - let me know how you go ... thanks for the feedback.
